Shipping Rates
Domestic: Free standard shipping on all US orders.
International: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected or controlled by HydraCourt. Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on Friday evenings, weekends, or on federal holidays begin processing the next business day. You will receive a tracking confirmation email once your order ships.
Tracking
All orders ship with tracking. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after your confirmation email. If tracking hasn't updated within 3 business days of shipping confirmation, contact us at hello@hydracourt.com.
Lost or Stolen Packages
HydraCourt is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your package shows as delivered and you cannot locate it, contact us within 7 days at support@hydracourt.com and we will do our best to help.
RETURNS
Performance Products — All Sales Final
HydraCourt performance products (drink mixes and pouches) are consumable goods. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us at support@hydracourt.com within 7 days of delivery and we will issue a replacement or refund immediately.
We process refunds only for orders purchased directly through hydracourt.com.
Apparel — 30-Day Returns
Apparel returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the return.

We cannot accept apparel that has been worn, washed, returned without tags, or returned more than 30 days after delivery.
